We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting Controller to oversee the financial operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements within deadlines.
- Monitor and improve internal control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
- Reconcile accounting balances and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Supervise monthly and annual closings.
- Assist with audits and the annual budgeting process.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance.
- Provide financial analyses to the General Manager.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, etc.
- Supervise tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Work closely with the executive team and management to maximize financial performance.?

Desired Profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a recreational/automotive dealership, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proficiency in dealership financial statements.
- Good knowledge of DMS software (e.g., PBS).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.?

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
