As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of the action. Your role? To offer every customer a memorable experience and build a relationship of trust. Your daily routine will be dynamic, stimulating... and far from routine!

Here's an overview of your main tasks:

- Welcome each customer as an honored guest;
- Listen carefully to understand needs;
- Present our vehicles with passion;
- Offer honest, clear and personalized advice;
- Negotiate with confidence and transparency;
- Good management of file documentation;
- Ensure excellent post-purchase follow-up;
- Keep abreast of Ford news and innovations;
- Meet (and exceed!) your sales objectives;
- Work with a motivated, close-knit team.

What we look for in you:

Are you in your element when it comes to cars? Are you easy to talk to, have a good instinct for people and know how to build solid relationships? If so, we can't wait to meet you!

- Automotive sales experience (a must!);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Empathy, dynamism and a positive attitude;
- Good organizational skills and autonomy;
- Negotiation skills and ability to close transactions;
- Team spirit, reliability and integrity;
- Strong results and performance orientation;
- Comfortable using the telephone and digital tools to ensure effective customer follow-up;
- Knowledge of One Eighty and Activix software (an asset!);
- Experience in managing Internet requests (a plus!).
