Well-established dealership is seeking a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Laval dealership.
Job duties/responsibilities :
- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with certified service technicians;
- Follow-up on manufacturer's maintenance log and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform other job-related tasks.
Experience as a technical advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.
We offer a salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year (depending on experience and performance).
