Job description

Groupe Duclos is looking for a candidate to fill a Technical Advisor position on the service team at its Mercier dealership.

Job duties/responsibilities :

- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with Chrysler certified service technicians;
- Follow-up on the manufacturer's maintenance logbook and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other task related to the job.

Experience as a technical advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.

We offer a salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year (depending on your experience or performance).
