Service Advisor

Groupe Autoforce is looking for a Service Advisor.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet customers in the department;
- Open and close work orders;
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Advise on maintenance, inspection and safety services;
- Follow up with customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role;
- General knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Ability to communicate in French and English (customer communication);
- Strong organizational skills and excellent team spirit.
