Service Advisor

Subaru Rive-Nord is looking for a car enthusiast to join its after-sales service department to welcome customers and gather the information needed to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of customers' vehicles. We have a no-pressure approach focused on customer service.

Responsibilities:

    • Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and other similar services or any other maintenance required by the manufacturer.
    • Accurately record problems with the customer's car on the repair order.
    • Take into account previous servicing, inspect the car, and make recommendations for additional repairs required.
    • Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs;
    • Set the completion deadline; check with the workshop dispatcher, if necessary;
    • Obtain the customer's signature on the repair order and give them a copy;
    • Check the progress of the work throughout the day. Communicate with customers about any changes to the estimate or completion time, explain the costs and time required in detail, and obtain the appropriate authorization before additional work is performed.
    • Verify the extent of warranty coverage on the vehicle to be repaired before beginning work.

Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in sales;
    • Knowledge of Impak Net (an asset);
    • French and English;
    • Versatile, people skills, and punctual.
