Job description
One of our dealerships is currently looking for a Service Manager with solid experience in the field to fill a position on its team.
Main duties:
- Set objectives for the department and ensure they are met;
- Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Understand and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer warranties and policies;
- Maintain high-quality repair services and reduce workshop returns;
- Handle customer complaints as quickly as possible;
- Determine work methods based on the results to be achieved and the human and material resources available.
Job requirements:
- Have experience in a similar position;
- Have personnel management skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- Have good leadership skills and be able to lead;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Have strong organizational skills;
- Be customer service and results-oriented;
- Have knowledge of the Serti system.
