What does the role involve? As a Financial & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Manage and optimize the financing and insurance (F&I) process for customers.
- Present and sell financial and protection products to ensure a comprehensive and professional customer experience.
- Analyze customer needs and propose the best solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize results and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Comply with current standards and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency.

Required profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a car dealership;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers;
- Motivation, ambition, and performance orientation;
- Knowledge of MERLIN and ACTIVIX systems (a significant asset);
- Passion for cars and desire to build a long-term career.
