Job description
We are looking for a strategic and customer-oriented account manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of clients, while actively contributing to the growth of the company. This position requires strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and an excellent ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and retain a portfolio of existing clients by building lasting relationships of trust;
• Develop and implement a personalized growth plan for each key account;
• Identify new business opportunities within the current network and recommend actions to convert them;
• Actively promote our internally developed application, demonstrating its added value for clients;
• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Prepare regular management reports and make recommendations based on the data collected;
• Follow up regularly with customers to measure their satisfaction and anticipate their future needs;
• Negotiate commercial agreements in line with profitability objectives and internal policies;
• Monitor trends in the automotive sector to adapt sales strategies and remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales;
• Excellent ability to analyze data and draw concrete conclusions;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Independence, rigor, and results-oriented;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams;
• Strong interest in new technologies and the automotive sector;
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Bilingual in English/French (spoken and written);
• Experience in the automotive sales industry required;
• Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools.
