Are you passionate about the automotive industry and want to join a winning team? Mazda de Laval is currently looking for a Renewal Manager to join its existing team.
As Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for the customer portfolio, lease buybacks, lease transfers, and lease returns. You will advise customers and sell new cars in accordance with the dealership's gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales (experience in renewals is a major asset);
- Ability to analyze customer files;
- Valid driver's license;
- Be bilingual in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Have knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Have knowledge of Mazda products (an asset);
- Have a good knowledge of various sales tactics;
- Have persuasive skills;
- Be focused on excellent customer service.
