We're looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join our Bannister Automotive Group team. If you're driven, adaptable, and passionate about marketing, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Create and produce engaging video content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) that aligns with BAG's brand guidelines, OEM standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage and respond to comments on social media platforms for BAG and its dealerships, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned engagement.
- Develop and post social media content, including story posts, descriptions, and visuals, for BAG that can be cross-posted to dealerships to support their digital presence.
- Serve as the on-camera talent for 10 high-quality advertising videos per month, produced to maintain a consistent and relatable brand presence.
- Manage Google review responses for BAG and its dealerships, ensuring prompt and professional replies to enhance search visibility and customer trust.
- Proactively manage the content pipeline, anticipating needs, coordinating with dealership partners, and delivering assets on time with precision and speed.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithms, and video content strategies to optimize posting schedules, engagement, and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video and social media content into broader campaigns, ensuring alignment with BAG's marketing goals.
- Perform additional marketing tasks, such as video editing, SEO optimization, or data visualization, to support evolving needs and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Essentials
- Experience being on camera and creating fun, interactive content (automotive is an asset, but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
