Parts Clerk - Parts Department.

Location: St-Bruno NISSAN / INFINITI
Job type: Full-time, daytime hours (week)
Availability: Position available immediately

About us:

A family business for three generations, our dealership is known for the quality of its service and proudly represents the Nissan and Infiniti brands. We distribute a high volume of body parts and are looking for a dynamic parts clerk to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers (workshops, external customers, body shops) on parts and accessories.
- Receive, check, and inventory parts deliveries (including body parts).
- Prepare and ship orders accurately and quickly.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the parts department.
- Manage inventory: restocking, monitoring levels, cyclical inventories.
- Use the internal computer system to search for and invoice parts.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, after-sales service, and suppliers.

Previous experience as a Parts Clerk or in a similar role.

Required profile:

- Previous experience as a parts clerk or in a similar role is an asset.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, particularly body parts, is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools; knowledge of CDK software is a significant asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Physical ability to handle parts (occasional lifting).
- Valid driver's license, an asset.
- Fluent French; proficiency in English, an asset.
