Fixed Operations Manager

A well-established car dealership on the South Shore of Montreal is looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its service and parts departments.

This key role is for an experienced, results-oriented manager who knows how to motivate their teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the service and parts departments.
- Ensure the profitability and operational efficiency of these departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Coach, motivate, and support service and parts managers and their respective teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans as needed.
- Maintain manufacturer quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and grow the dealership.
