JOB DESCRIPTION:

Uniban Canada, a part of the Driven Brands family of automotive aftermarket franchise brands, is a leading technology-based provider of automotive glass repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services for vehicle owners, fleets and insurance carriers. Founded in 1977, Uniban Canada also offers technology-enabled glass claims management services for insurance carriers.

Specific responsibilities include: 

 

  • Perform vehicle detailing operations to established standards


 

  • Vacuuming, cleaning, and shampooing interior with cleaning and extracting equipment


 

  • Power wash exterior of vehicle


 

  • A valid driver's license and good driving record is required


 

  • Paint correction and application of Ziebart approved paint protection products


 

  • Final detailing the vehicles for customer deliveries


 

  • Perform rust protection services to established standards


 

  • Drill access holes in body metals


 

  • Spray various rust protection products inside panels & underbody as required


 

  • Produce work in a timely manner


 

  • Maintain safe and clean work environment


Requirements: 

 

  • Previous auto detailing experience not necessary, but highly valued


 

  • High level of attention to detail


 

  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle


 

  • A valid driver's license and good driving record is required


 

  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning


 

  • Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditions


 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members


 

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals


 

  • Exceptional customer service skills


 

  • Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
