Internet Agent

Duties:

- Answer and direct inbound calls;
- Call web clients and prospect lists (outbound calls);
- Schedule sales appointments;
- Follow up on web inquiries;
- Serve customers via chat;
- Conduct telephone/web solicitation;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center or automotive dealership environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage phone calls and emails;
- Customer satisfaction oriented and able to provide quality service;
- Sound sales knowledge.
