We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Service Director to oversee the operations of our department. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing human, financial, and material resources, while ensuring the quality of services provided to both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve established objectives.
Ensure the planning and daily management of service activities.
Define and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
Establish, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage the department’s budget and maintain strict cost control.
Maintain effective communication with senior management and other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Promote a healthy, motivating, and collaborative work environment.
Profile Sought
University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in team and service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
Strong analytical and planning abilities.
Proficiency with management software tools (Excel, etc.).
Bilingual (French/English), an asset depending on the sector (English-speaking clientele).
