Do you have a natural talent for customer service and a passion for the automotive industry? La Prairie Pneus et Mécanique is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team. This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth workshop operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust.
- Listen to their needs, explain services, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Prepare and explain estimates for work.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs with the workshop.
- Follow up with customers on the progress of work.
- Answer technical questions and provide courteous and professional service.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile:
- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive, an asset).
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (important asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization, autonomy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
