Groupe ALBI le Géant is currently looking for a full-time Sales Secretary for its ALBI Kia Mascouche dealership.
The main goal of the sales secretary is to organize and compile sales files in order to turn every transaction into a dream come true for sales representatives, financial managers, directors, delivery clerks, and the accounting team. The position is based 100% at the dealership, and your main task will be to facilitate access to information and ensure its accuracy.
We are looking for someone who has as good a sense of humour as we do, who knows how to have fun while working, and who has outstanding organizational and attention to detail skills.

Main responsibilities:
• Open and prepare files related to vehicle sales and exchanges between dealerships;
• Record vehicle purchases in the computer system;
• Forward the required information to accounting for billing dealership exchanges;
• Forward the required information to accounting for issuing checks;
• Verify the compliance of various documents;
• Prepare the documents required for vehicle registration;
• File documents;
• Perform all other related tasks.
Working conditions:
• Fixed full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
• Salary to be discussed based on experience.
Job requirements:
• Office work experience;
• Experience in the automotive field (an asset);
• Computer skills (we work with Serti);
• Ability to handle a heavy workload (we deliver 200 vehicles per month!).
