With over 50 years of experience, we have built up a huge customer base over the years, consisting of customers who come back to buy new vehicles and/or whom we need to contact to highlight the added value of changing vehicles with us.

Our team needs someone like you to work on building customer loyalty.

Your main responsibilities:

    • Solicit customers to get them to change their vehicle;
    • Ask the right questions and listen to the customer's needs;
    • Advise and guide the customer in their choice of vehicle;
    • Explain and offer credit pre-approval services;
    • Get the customer to come in to meet with the renewal manager;
    • Stay in constant communication with the customer and support the renewal manager;
    • Take over from the BDC as needed;
    • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements:

    • At least one year of experience in a similar position;
    • Exceptional customer service skills;
    • Excellent written and spoken French and English;
    • Well-organized, thorough, consistent, motivated, and dynamic;
    • Comfortable with computers and fast typing skills;
    • Ability to follow several conversations at once.

Compensation:

    • Your compensation package will be among the most competitive in the industry, consisting of a base salary plus bonuses. With hard work, you can earn at least $65,000 per year.
