Job description
Belvedere Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor to join a dynamic team.
The position involves:
- Greeting customers when they arrive at the dealership and obtaining information about their car.
- Explaining to customers the nature of the work performed and all related costs.
- Advising customers on car maintenance and emphasizing the importance of maintaining their cars according to the manufacturer's technical specifications.
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Informing customers of current promotions.
- Scheduling maintenance appointments for customers.
- Following up on work in progress with customers at the dealership or by phone.
- Writing repair orders, accurately recording the problems with the customer's car and obtaining their signature.
- Making recommendations to the customer based on the work and inspections carried out previously.
- Set the delivery date and, if necessary, confirm with the workshop foreman.
- Follow up on work regularly and notify the customer of any changes to the delivery date and/or costs, if applicable.
- Verify the extent of the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
- Be proactive in quality control to avoid returns to the workshop.
- Explain to the customer the work performed on their vehicle.
- Work closely with the shuttle service to ensure its availability based on customer appointments and needs.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism - French/English (an asset);
- Knowledge of Serti systems (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive industry.
