Internal Service Advisor (Friday, half-day)

Want to join a dynamic, welcoming team that is passionate about cars? Mazda Val-David is currently looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join its team!

Main responsibilities:

    • Take charge of the complete management of internal vehicles (new and used);
    • Open and manage work orders;
    • Prepare estimates and perform billing;
    • Follow up on deliveries and preparation stages;
    • Manage vehicles sent to the body shop and their return;
    • Update the internal tracking program;
    • Follow up on vehicle photos;
    • Work closely with the sales, service, and detailing departments.

Required profile:

    • Excellent organizational and priority management skills and attention to detail;
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
    • Experience in a similar position (an asset);
    • Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset);
    • Independence, thoroughness, and a positive attitude.

Work schedule:

    • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
    • Friday: 8 a.m. to noon;
    • Weekends off!
