Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in purchasing their pre-owned vehicle by offering personalized and professional advice.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome and advise customers on their choice of pre-owned vehicles;
- Present the technical features and advantages of the vehicles;
- Conduct test drives with customers;
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale;
- Finalize transactions and coordinate with the financing department;
- Provide after-sales customer follow-up.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Valid driver's licence;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Team spirit and autonomy;
- Bilingualism - French and English (an asset).

Assets:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field;
- Knowledge of vehicles and automotive mechanics;
- Training in sales techniques;
- Proficiency in computer tools.
