Chomedey Toyota Laval is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and cars, and who is ready to provide our customers with a unique experience!
As a Service Advisor, the person will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles;
- Sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring quality customer service;
- Follow up with customers;
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism, in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Sales skills;
- Focus on excellent customer service;
- Knowledge of Toyota products (an asset).
