Rental Fleet Coordinator

Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making operations run like clockwork? We're looking for a Rental Fleet Coordinator to be the backbone of our national rental fleet. From handling insurance and registrations to coordinating vehicle transfers and repairs, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet ready for customers across Canada.

What You'll Do:

 

• Keep our rental availability boards and systems accurate
• Manage insurance claims, damage reports, and vehicle registrations
• Coordinate vehicle transfers, exchanges, and deliveries across locations
• Partner with service teams and repair facilities to ensure vehicles are ready on time
• Maintain detailed, accurate records for every vehicle

What We're Looking For:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in fleet coordination, logistics, or similar role
• Strong MS Office skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible hours during peak season (April-October), including weekends
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Bonus: customer service experience

Compensation:Wage range: $23 to $27 per hour, based on experience in fleet coordination, RV service, or rental operations.
