We are looking for a General Manager with experience in managing a new and used vehicle franchise.

The General Manager’s role will be to ensure the effectiveness, productivity, and profitability of the sales, service, and parts departments, as well as ensure a customer experience of the highest standards.

They must demonstrate natural leadership for effective personnel management, possess the required knowledge of the present and future market according to established performance standards, and be aware of the profitability thresholds of different services.

Summary of Requirements:

- Strong experience in the automotive field;
- Developed leadership skills, good management abilities, and proficiency in analyzing productivity data;
- Work closely with departments to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure team performance tracking, plan labor needs (recruitment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, etc.);
- Maintain a positive work environment;
- Set objectives and ensure follow-up;
- Implement methods and work structures to provide high-quality customer service and increased profitability;
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.
