Your role:

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through every stage of their purchasing experience:

    • Greeting each customer with courtesy and professionalism;
    • Identifying their needs and recommending the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle;
    • Presenting the distinctive features, technologies, and advantages of the Volvo range;
    • Organize and accompany test drives;
    • Prepare and negotiate sales offers until the transaction is completed;
    • Provide attentive follow-up after delivery to ensure total satisfaction;
    • Actively participate in brand training and events;
    • Collaborate with the financing, aesthetics, and after-sales service teams.

Desired profile:

    • Experience in automotive sales or the luxury sector (a major asset);
    • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent listening skills;
