Your responsibilities:

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience:

- Have the financing documents and purchase contract signed.
- Present and explain the vehicle options when delivering it to the customer.
- Confirming the time and date of delivery with customers the day before.
- Performing any other related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

- Knowledge of Kia products (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French/English).
- Organization, customer service skills, and positive energy.
