Job description
If you are passionate about the automotive industry and want to join a winning team, Hamel Honda is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its existing team.
As a Parts Clerk, your main responsibilities will be to sell parts to our customers at the counter and over the phone, as well as to serve Mechanics in the workshop. You will be required to advise our customers effectively, provide high-quality customer service, and perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Parts Vlerk;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Honda products (an asset);
- Independence, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
