Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our new and pre-owned vehicle sales team. The incumbent will play a key role in providing operational and strategic support to the team.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure daily follow-ups with sales representatives (new and used);
- Supervise and oversee transactions completed by representatives;
- Follow up with potential and existing customers;
- Collaborate with the General Manager to evaluate trade-in vehicles;
- Track and analyze sales statistics.
- Perform other tasks as required and as instructed by management.
- Monitor market trends to determine which vehicles to stock.

Required profile:

- Valid driver's licence;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales
- Good knowledge of various sales tactics;
- Focus on excellent customer service.
- Good organizational skills and strong administrative abilities;
- Interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and support the sales team.
