Service Advisor

Ile Perrot Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor to join it's dynamic service team. We are looking for someone who is organized , a good communicator , and has good interpersonal skills.

The duties related to the position are :

- Greeting customers

- Opening and closing work orders , explaining them to customers , and delivering them to customers ;

- Offering recommended maintenance and suggesting repairs to be made ;

- Following up on your files and parts received ;

- Supporting the service team and working closely with the sales team ;

Experience :

- Experience as a service advisor or in a related field (an asset)

- Knowledge of Serti DMS (an asset)

- Problem solving skills ;

- Customer service orientation ;

- Team spirit

- Ability to take initiative.
