Job description

Job summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Desk Manager to join our new and pre-owned vehicle sales team. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in providing operational and strategic support to the team, while actively contributing to the significant growth of our rapidly expanding dealership.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure daily follow-ups with sales representatives (new and pre-owned);
- Coordinate and manage new vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Supervise and oversee transactions concluded by representatives;
- Follow up with potential and existing customers;
- Manage the leasing portfolio and ensure rigorous follow-up;
- Collaborate with the General Manager to evaluate trade-in vehicles;
- Provide direct support to the General Sales Manager for any related tasks;
- Monitor and optimize the processes required by Honda Canada;
- Ensure that the performance criteria set by Honda Canada are met and maintained;
- Track and analyze sales statistics.

Required profile:

- Significant experience in the automotive industry (sales, management, or similar position);
- Results-oriented motivation and a strong desire to advance within a rapidly expanding dealership;
- Good organizational skills and strong administrative abilities;
- Experience with Honda products (a significant asset, but not mandatory);
- Interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and support the sales team;
- Personal commitment and vision for growth, with a desire to contribute to collective success and increase your own income.
