Service Advisor

Join a dynamic group of 18 automotive dealerships within Groupe Couture.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team in a dynamic and growing environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our network and provide an exceptional customer experience every day.

This key role will report to our fixed operations coordination team and will support our group of car dealerships.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Participating in the integration and training of new parts employees;
    • Acting as a technical advisor for replacements or special assignments at dealerships;
    • Contributing to the improvement of processes related to technical advisor functions.

The position is based in one of our dealerships in the Montreal area. The person will mainly provide support in this region, but may also be called upon to support dealerships in other regions.

What we are looking for:

    • Significant experience as a technical advisor;
    • Knowledge of several manufacturers as a technical advisor (a major asset);
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt;
    • Ability to train new employees;
    • Flexibility to work in different workplaces;
    • Mobility for regular travel.
