Maximum Powersports is a dealership located in Hawkesbury that has been one of the largest recreational vehicle dealerships in Quebec for several years.

Now run by the McLean brothers (Circuit Ford Lincoln) and Gabriel Gagnon (Lachute Ford), we are proud to have earned the loyalty of our customers, who recognize the professionalism and expertise of our team.

We are looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager with experience in managing a recreational vehicle dealership and a passion for this type of vehicle.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of at least 2 years in automotive or recreational vehicle financing.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Strong commitment to punctuality.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Knowledge of Auto Pack and Dealertrack software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Streamline the processing of financing applications.
- Actively promote financing options and related products.
- Identify and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Skillfully negotiate financing terms with financial institutions.
- Develop strategies to maximize transaction potential.
- Coordinate smooth vehicle deliveries in collaboration with the after-sales department.
- Effectively manage vehicle registrations.
- Ensure the accuracy of documents and compliance for bank disbursements.
