What's your day like?
- Meet each customer at the end of the process to close transactions;
- Ensure the productivity and efficiency of the sales department;
- Follow-up with each customer who has purchased or not purchased a vehicle;
- Motivate and train his team;
- Develop sales strategies;
- Market vehicles;
- Ensure department profitability and efficiency;
- Manage vehicle procurement;
- All other related tasks.
Job requirements:
- Experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingualism;
- Good work ethic;
- Team player;
- Leadership and effective personnel management.
