New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative - South Shore of Montréal

A major dealership on the South Shore is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated person who is ready to take on new challenges! If you are a customer service specialist, passionate about sales, and want to provide an exceptional customer experience, this position is for you!

As a sales and customer follow-up advisor, you will have the opportunity to fill a brand new position, where you can develop your own client base through telephone and social media. You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities by following up with potential customers by phone and accompanying them through the sales process at the dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Under the Sales Manager's supervision, you will be responsible for actively soliciting customers who visit the service department to assess their interest in changing cars.
- Follow up on end-of-financing contracts.
- Create attractive posts on Marketplace to promote our vehicles and attract potential buyers that you can meet at the dealership.
- Advise and sell new cars to customers you have successfully contacted and brought to the dealership.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of various sales tactics;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Be bilingual in order to communicate with English-speaking clients and respond appropriately to their needs.
