Job description
The Service Advisor acts as an intermediary between customers and the technical team (mechanics) in our repair shop.
Their main responsibilities are as follows:
- Greeting customers and assessing vehicle-related problems.
- Making appointments, estimating costs, and explaining repairs and prices to customers.
- Coordinating with service technicians to ensure prompt service and address customer concerns.
- Managing customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction, which is often measured by turnaround time and quality of service.
The Service Advisor will have refined communication skills that will enable them to provide exceptional service to our customers!
