Spinelli is looking for a Customer Service representative or Appointment Coordinator in our Honda de Lachine dealership.

Primary responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner;
    • Answer all phone calls and emails in an efficient, professional and polite manner;
    • Coordinate the scheduling of appointments with clients;
    • Closely follow up on customer files;
    • Refer clients who ask to the technical advisor or other appropriate person as needed;
    • Handle customer complaints with integrity and, if necessary, direct dissatisfied customers to the appropriate people for resolution;
    • Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices and rental forms.

Qualifications :

    • Excellent customer service skills;
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
    • Versatile, able to multi-task;
    • Bilingual: excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written;
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office.
