Our well-established and growing car dealership is currently looking for a Sales Manager to take charge of the strategic management of its sales department.

Main responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team (new vehicles);
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies;
• Ensure that monthly and annual performance targets are met;
• Actively participate in team recruitment, training, and development;
• Collaborate with the service, financing, and marketing departments;
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process.
Required profile:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the automotive industry;
• Strong leadership skills, focused on performance and talent development;
• Excellent ability to analyze performance indicators (KPIs);
• Excellent communicator, results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction;
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies;
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a significant asset.
