Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the distribution of vehicle work in the service department;
• Prepare the customer's vehicle from arrival to departure;
• Check the progress of vehicle work;
• Perform quality control on the work performed;
• Assist technicians and technical advisors as needed;
• Keep up to date on warranty policies;
• Prepare parts for work to be performed;
• Maintain a pleasant working atmosphere within the service department;
• Ensure customer satisfaction;
• Perform any other related tasks.

SKILLS:
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of Ford experience (an asset);
• Good command and/or ability to learn computer tools, including Serti;
• Valid driver's licence (Class 5).
