Responsibilities:

- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring;
- Monitor customer and manufacturer accounts receivable on a monthly basis;
- Ensure that monthly financial statements are produced within the required deadlines;
- Work closely with all departments to support them in accounting tasks and issues;
- Track and analyze schedules weekly and monthly;
- Produce analysis reports for management;
- Participate in the implementation of various projects;
- Participate in the physical inventory process and reconcile inventories;
- Ensure the accuracy of sales records;
- Perform all other tasks as required by the department.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller in an automotive dealership;
- Valid driver's license;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of SERTI: an asset;
- Management, communication, and teamwork skills;
- CPA designation: an asset.
