Job description

The service secretary will manage daily operations to provide outstanding service to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
-Greet customers;
- Answer incoming calls to the service department;
- Make appointments for the service department;
- Process courtesy vehicle contracts;
- Perform all other related tasks as needed.
Desired profile:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Bilingual (an asset).
