Established in 1956 in eastern Montreal, Christin CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is a leader in the marketing of GM brand passenger and commercial vehicles. Our after-sales service team is looking to recruit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management at a car dealership.

Job description:

The Service Advisor is the link between the customer and the mechanical workshop.

The Service Advisor is responsible for clarifying the information provided by the customer and identifying the mechanical problem. The candidate is responsible for planning and estimating the work and is the resource advisor for everything related to vehicle maintenance, prevention, and repair.

The Service Advisor makes every effort to meet the needs of drivers who come to the workshop for regular vehicle maintenance or to address a mechanical problem. They welcome customers, establish a relationship of trust with them, identify their needs, and interpret the information received in order to convey it to the workshop technician by writing up the work order.

The incumbent informs customers about the various systems and functions of motor vehicles, offers preventive services, and follows up with customers to build loyalty.

Any experience in the field of electronics will be considered an asset. Experience with Reynold's & Reynold's ERA Ignite management software would also be a significant asset.

Onsite training will be provided through our GM Pro Certified Service Advisor certification program.
