Service Advisor

Our dealership, which has been well established in Valleyfield for 20 years, is looking for a Service Advisor to join its dynamic service department team. We are looking for someone who is organized, a good communicator, and has good interpersonal skills.

The duties related to the position are:

- Greeting customers;
- Opening and closing work orders, explaining them to customers, and delivering them to customers;
- Offering recommended maintenance and suggesting repairs to be made;
- Following up on your files and parts received;
- Supporting the service team and working closely with the sales department.

Experience:

- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a related field (an asset);
- Knowledge of Serti DMS (an asset).
