Responsibilities - management:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the after-sales service team;
- Ensure efficient and profitable management of the department;
- Maintain an impeccable customer experience, from reception to after-sales service;
- Manage operating costs, human resources, and performance indicators (objectives, margins, workshop performance, customer satisfaction, etc.);
- Ensure customer loyalty through effective processes and a solution-oriented approach;
- Control and ensure the accuracy of service-related records, reports, and files.

Responsibilities - automotive service:

- Greet customers and confirm appointments;
- Work closely with certified service technicians.
- Follow up on the manufacturer's maintenance log and propose maintenance to be performed.
- Open and close work orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other tasks related to the job.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a service department (REQUIRED);
- Experience in staff management (an asset);

- Must be rigorous in the execution of his/her tasks and in the management of the department;

- Be a good leader;

- Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.
