Job description
Our major car dealership is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within the service team at its Valleyfield dealership.
Job duties/responsibilities:
- Greet customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with certified service technicians;
- Follow up on the manufacturer's maintenance log and propose maintenance to be performed;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other job-related tasks.
Your salary can range from $70,000 to $90,000 annually (depending on your performance).
Experience as a technical advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets but not required.
