We are currently looking for new talent to join our pre-owned vehicles sales team. Be part of a growing dealership where your expertise and passion will make a difference.

We sell over 1,700 new and pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the sales manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving sales targets. More specifically, you will:

- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish a relationship of trust in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Present and advise customers on used vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and technologies;
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales by providing exceptional customer service;
- Explain financing options and financial products (warranty, replacement insurance, etc.) in collaboration with the finance department;
- Follow up closely with potential and existing customers to promote loyalty;
- Keep up to date with Hyundai models and other brands, current promotions, and market trends;
- Use the CRM system (Acitvix) to facilitate customer and sales follow-up;
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience;
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership.
