Your role:

As after-sales Service Manager, you will play a strategic role in our operations. You will be responsible for the overall management of customer service, the reconditioning of used vehicles, and the delivery of new and used vehicles. You will also ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

- Ensure the profitability of the workshop and supervise the reconditioning of vehicles;
- Supervise teams (technical advisors, appointment coordinators, technicians, subcontractors);
- Control expenses, estimate reconditioning costs, and order necessary parts;
- Open work orders and track billing, including rental vehicles;
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and delivery departments;
- Optimize vehicle preparation and delivery processes;
- Manage problematic cases and quickly resolve issues;
- Provide a positive customer experience, including a warm welcome, transparency on costs and deadlines, and prompt handling of complaints;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Participate in the analysis of loyalty reports and make recommendations;
- Participate in administrative tasks related to the department as required by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (service manager);
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive sector (service and parts);
- Bilingual in French/English (spoken and written – intermediate to advanced level);
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Good command and knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset.
