Main responsibilities:
• Support Sales Managers and advisors with administrative tasks;
• Prepare, finalize, and record vehicle sales files;
• Enter and update data in computer systems;
• Manage sales contracts, financing applications, and various forms;
• Perform billing, filing, and document tracking;
• Process payments for manufacturer warranties and various additional warranties;
• Collaborate with other departments (accounting, service, delivery) to ensure smooth service.
Required profile:
• Relevant experience in secretarial or administrative work (experience in the automotive sector is essential);
• Proficiency in computer tools;
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Discretion, professionalism, and autonomy.
