A new Estimator position is available to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates according to industry standards;
- Explain repairs to customers and answer their questions;
- Follow up on files with insurers and customers;
- Collaborate with the production and administration teams.

Requirements:

- Significant experience as an automotive estimator;
- Knowledge of estimation software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, and professionalism;
- Ability to manage multiple files at once.

Conditions:

- Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week;
- Monday to Friday schedule;
- Energetic work environment with a great, well-established client base.
