Service Advisor

We are looking for a passionate and motivated automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, good technical knowledge of automobiles, and knows how to liaise between the customer and the repair shop.

Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and understand their needs;
    • Prepare repair orders and explain recommended work;
    • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service;
    • Follow up on files and customer satisfaction;
    • Manage complaints and propose appropriate solutions;
    • Promote complementary services and products.

Required profile:

    • Relevant experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role;
    • Knowledge of automotive mechanics (technical training an asset);
    • Good organizational and customer service skills;
    • Comfortable with computer tools and management software;
    • Professional attitude, team spirit, reliability.
